Unwind with a Magnesium Soak
This bath will help you let go of tension, stress, and worries. It’ll also cleanse your aura of any negativity. It’s a magnesium bath soak. I start by creating a peaceful atmosphere. If you have to wait until the kids are in bed, I suggest doing it when you have the most time to relax and before bed.
Make sure your bathtub is clean before you start.
Set the mood with candles or mood lighting to relax. Play some soothing music. I like the Solfeggio 432Hz frequency playlist on SoundCloud!
Fill your bathtub with the hottest water you can handle.
Prepare your hot green tea so it’s ready to pour in your bath. You can also make a cup of non-caffeinated hot tea to sip while you soak.
Bring water with you so you stay hydrated.
Add 5/6 cups of magnesium flakes to running water.
Add 1 cup of baking soda to running water.
Add 8 drops of Clary Sage essential oil.
Add 8 drops of rosemary essential oil.
**And 8/10 ounces of steeped green tea (start before your bath so it can steep for 5 minutes) to running water.
***If you’re a crystal enthusiast, you can add a few crystals for whatever you’re feeling. Clear quartz is always an easy solution since it does so much, I like to add rose quartz, amethyst, and moonstone to my bath!
Soak in this bath for 15 minutes. After you’re done, rinse your body with the coldest water you can stand.
WARNING: Please consult a doctor if you have medical conditions that prevent you from soaking in hot water, or heart conditions!

Journaling:
This is your greatest asset on your sacred life journey. I started a journal at the very beginning and rereading my transformation is so uplifting. My recommendations for journaling are to have a 5-subject notebook and pens with purple ink. If you don’t feel comfortable with a physical notebook that others can read, feel free to use your laptop or notes app.
Start your journal entries each day after you wake up and make your cup of coffee or tea. If you don’t have time in the morning, wake up 20 minutes earlier each day so you can have some quiet time. I also put in two entries per day on occasion, both morning and end of night.
Journal entries should be easy talk about dreams, plans for the day, how you’re feeling, or ideas you want to explore. When I was struggling mentally, I kept track of each journal entry.
Sleep: 1-10
Happiness: 1-10
Sadness: 1-10
Depression: 1-10
Anxiety: 1-10
Loneliness: 1-10
Job Satisfaction: 1-10
Break through your walls and create a life of purpose and joy.
